All people, including Jack Mortellaro, have dreams and want to
believe in their souls that they have special gifts and talents, that
they can make a difference in the world and inspire others. However, for
many people, these dreams drown in the routines and frustrations of
their daily lives.
In order for changes and habits to have any
value, they need to be consistent and enduring. This is already a
problem for many people, because when they start something new in their
lives they have a feeling of fear and a subconscious belief that the
change will only be temporary.
The first rule in new habit
creation is to raise the standards. The most important thing that
changes about many people that are able to lose weight, get a new job,
or learn a new language is that they start to demand more from
themselves. Famous motivational coach Anthony Robbins recommends writing down all the things that a person would no longer accept or tolerate.
The
second rule is to get rid of limiting beliefs. Raising the standards,
making new plans, or trying a new program is not going to work if a
person doesn’t believe that these things will work. When unconscious
beliefs are present, in many cases people give up before they even try
to do something.
The third rule is to apply a new strategy. The
best results need the best strategies. If you want to reach a goal, you
need a path for how you can get there. This is exactly how Jack Mortellaro was able to reach a number of goals in his life.
